Just wanted to share my stupid experience with you all in case you're haunted with this same issue.
I recently redid all the control arms, ball joints, struts, and end links. After about a week, I started having intermittent clunks in the front drivers side corner. I inspected everything and verified torque. Nothing was apparent. I just drove and kept looking, hoping it would settle or become obvious as I didn't want to go ripping the front end out again.
Fast forward to 3 weeks later, I had a full on loose rattle sound that was constant. I checked the end links first cause it sounded like end links. They felt exactly the same as each other. I went ahead and put the old part on with a torn boot....and ta-da no more rattle. I tried regreasing the new ones (Moog K750171) and it didn't help. I might cut it apart and inspect it as I don't want a warranty replacement if this is the quality I can expect from Moog .
It's always a pain to track down issues when you put on this many new parts at once. Also, it's hard to get yourself to believe a new part is garbage out the box. It ain't like it used to be!
So another lesson in why we buy OEM I guess. Unless anyone else can chime in and make a recommendation for a quality part. I'm all ears.

in my case, in the 2009 LS460 RWD at 55k miles in 2015, the oem link was causing a click sound when braking.
A indy shop recommended MOOG links and that sound was gone. the links still work fine today.

These are the manufacturers I used to replace entire front suspension on my 2008 LS 600
OEM Front air shocks and stabilizer bushings. upper control arms.
Beck Arnley . For the rest of the suspension parts
I was told that at one time tBeck Arnley manufactured most of the parts for high-end cars. i’m not sure how true that is, but these parts seem to work very well.
