I usually set the cruise control when on the highway, but when accelerating to pass I often find that I'm going 90-95 as soon as I've gotten back in the right lane.

Agreed. I expect to get a speeding ticket in the first 6 months of life with my new LS. I always feel like I am under-utilizing the engine. I'm always way ahead of the other cars.

Well, I know this for sure, I blend in a lot better than I used to in my 1965 fintail Mercedes.

THIS. It's actually hilarious having people drive mine since their "normal acceleration" has them at 70 and looking down like "oh that's too fast, why it is that fast?"

I find myself driving 5 under or 25 over, at 25 over it feels "normal" vs most cars and 5 under it's like oil on glass and very nice to experience.

Like clockwork. I can do 85-90 in the outerbelt with a rabbit or alone and I'm ignored consistently.
