Default Autozone Lower Control Arms- small review

over the weekend i had my lower control arms replaced and put in some Duralast brand arms from autozone. a little back story. i purchased my LS with the stock arm bushings already shot. i initially replaced Just the bushings: Figs polyurathane's for the top and PSB poly's for the bottom arms. I HATED the way the car drove. it made the front of the car overly tight and it felt like i the front wheels were skating on ice. i had them on for a few months ( at most) before i started to hear a clunk. i checked and and seems like the polys (lower arms only) where starting to come out from the arm. i ordered my LCA from autozone (in person as i could not order them online, they said its a special order) and they came in the next day. the day before they came in i was driving my daughter to the ER, and all of a sudden my car starts swaying left and right ( like a small boat in the ocean) and the control from the steering felt way off. After we get out of the ER, i drive it home ( in the slow lane) and i check it out. Turns out the bushing completely separated from the arm itself. damn.

fast forward to today, i have driven my LS for 3 days now with the new Duralast arms and the car feels new again. a bit of an overstatement (110k miles on the car) BUT the arms make the steering feel like OEM. according to Autozone, Duralast arms use rubber bushings as opposed to poly like every other brand and they come with a lifetime warranty to boot, Any one else here have any experience with duralast Control arms? care to chime in??

sounds like they fit the bill - do you have AWD or RWD?
