Just bought 2010 LS 460 Sport couple days ago. It has 60K miles on the clock for $15,9K. Such a good deal after talking the dealer all the way down, I had to to buy it.
Anyways, this will be my second LS 460. The first one was in 2007 LS460 and sold it in 2013. I am now 50 years young in SFL area.
I want to mod LED lights, etc. (PM me if you know best way to do swoosh light - my big hands won't be able to do it).
I'll just start by saying that I'm 39yo... first of all, down here in South FL I don't see many LS'es anyways, and the ones that I do see appears to be driven by... let's just say... high milage people nothing wrong with that of course, but over the years that I drooled over the LS I noticed it's a choice for people with 1M+ in their 401k plans :P basically, I've never seen anyone that looked to be under 60yo to be driving one...
30 here in Fort Worth, Texas. Bought my 2010 LS 460 in 2018. Just put on some 20" Vossen VFS10 wheels this year. I think they go together really well! Vehicle still rides really well and absolutely nothing is currently wrong with it. Since I have owned it, I've replaced 2 lower control arms up front, did the Valley Plate that leaks coolant, all door panels
and other routine maintenance. I was always intimidated by the possible cost of ownership on these since I've read some that had so many issues. So far so good here!
Hmmmm .. well about the age factor where i live i have always seen people around age 25-35 driving a LS . 35+ are always in LX570
Same here in middle,TN 35+ be in the LX570 and brand new Land Cruisers. Dont forget the handful of Maserati's here, also alot of gents be in the brand new Lexus LS models. The 65+ gentlemen are still in there LS/SC430 models. Then the rich gents are in the new Porsche panamera cars, with that twin turbo V8 with hybrid assist.Ive been seeing Ladies and gentlemen alike are driving the mid year LS460's (07-17)
around here. Saw a Rolls-Royce Wraith a few days ago! Wish I can afford one of those. Super sexy!
38, driven an LS for around 8 years (2 for the 430) and stopped driving my ls600h 2 days ago since the transmission went bye bye and the car is considered totaled with repairs more expensive than the car is worth.
I’m 34, and daily an IS350 and weekend drive an ISF. Heavily considering selling the IS350 for an LS460. Need more room for the family. I could care less what the average age group is. I like what I like .
