Radio Audio Comes & Goes

My Audio on the radio comes and goes on my 2008 LS460L Lexus. It won't work for several hours/days then come on unexpectedly. What can I check or do to rectify this problem?

If you are referring to satellite, they happens when you start the car in a as signal area. Turn off car out in open and restart.
