They are very good tires, 80,000 miles warranty. Perform well in Michigan snow and in the wet, (rain), in general, however there is room for improvement in both of those areas especially the rain. The one future they absolutely excel in, is being a soft, compliant very quite ride. No road noise under all circumstances, except perhaps of the harshest of pavement breaks or potholes. Otherwise, simply silent. I had them now for about 4,000 miles coming off Michelin LTX tires which wore out way prematurely at about 25,000-27,000 miles (they were warranted for 50,000 miles). I simply replaced them and walked away, instead of dealing with Michelin Corporate. By the way size 235-50-18s.

Continental Extreme Contact DWS06, running 33 PSI all around when cold.

As for a tire, this is an excellent tire. I've been very pleased with it. Bought the car with worn out Michelin's and boy what a difference. The vehicle feels very planted, great wet handling, and smooth as silk. I researched all the brands mentioned on this forum based on what people were already running, and for the price, these hit the top of my list.

I've been trying different pressures on my OEM 18" wheels with Falken Sinceras. My ride seems a bit jarring. New KYB shocks and 80k tread wear tires I think might make it a bit harder than average.

On this topic, my TPS reads higher than a couple tire gauges I have. They're all reading 2-3 lbs higher. It's that normal?

Michelin Premier 19s. 34-36 cold. They go as high as 42 when hot on the freeway!
