Default Laminated side glass

2013 LS 460. Just discovered that mine has all four side windows with sound deadening glass. I guess one of the packages on my car upgrades it from front doors to all doors. I've got the PDR guy massaging out a side door ding and he pointed it out to me.

That surprises me that your back windows are dual pane, I thought on SWB cars the rears were always single paned tempered.

Must be the UL package?

All 4 are laminated on LWB cars.

Between the new tires, tinted windows and laminated glass I believe I could hear champagne bubbling in a fluted glass at 70 mph, and not spill a drop! Now if I could only find someone to drive me around to enjoy the climate controlled massaging rear seats LOL. New front brakes and rotors on Thursday.

Haha!

What did you go with for the brakes?

centric premium rotors and akebono ceramic pads. the mechanic who did my repurchase inspection said it sounded like the fronts created the shimmy during highway braking. All the brakes had been done 5k miles ago. His guess was OEM brakes can build high spots if improperly bedded. we shall see.

The OEM pads are semi-metallic, and the OEM rotors are crummy, so yeah they create high spots. You won’t have that problem with that setup.

I looked over the window sticker. No mention of rear laminated glass but the UL package would be my guess as well.
BTW got the car wiped down with carpro eraser. Will start 3.0 coating in the morning.
