SW17LS has been very extremely helpful and is quite knowledgeable. Encouraging possibility of air leak and not a major failure. If you have towing coverage, it's a safe way to get it to repair shop. I think that avoiding any possible further damage is smartest route. Please keep us apprised of what the mechanics find and good luck with a simple fix. I just bought a 2013 LS with 59k miles and hope my air suspension lasts well past 100k miles.
I just came back from the Mechanics, it was a broken rear leveling sensor. They ordered the parts, hopefully it will arrive in a week. They did some temporary fix and now the car is leveling and drivable.

Did you finally get the A/S issue resolve? I have to the same model year but mine is now at 67000km as I don't drive it that much, and I am beginning to see the rear sagging every 7 to 10 days and I have to start it and run it again. I have been trying to source out other A/S supplier but to no avail. If you happen to hear something other than the OEM please let us know. Arnott makes the substitute but only up to 2012, and for 2013 LS600HL. So, we are stuck with paying the dealership for a replacement. Apparently, it is not that difficult to DIY. There is a YouTube by Arnott.

As I posted before my LS’s Problem is one of the rear leveling sensor was damaged.
Fortunately, I don’t have to change the strut this time.
The replacement part part is on the way. So not resolved yet.
I think i checked some other owners’ post that saying the air leaks if you don’t drive it for few days and it is totally normal.
Gee, it looks like a cast alloy part. Lexus could have made this part replaceable instead of the entire assembly. It looks like you could have just replaced that part only. Don't you think so? I had an Audi S5000 before. That was when cast alloy became popular car parts in upscale automobiles just to reduce the weight. Those aluminum alloy parts were so flimsy and expensive.

Lexus does not sell that small alloy part alone, so the shop had to order the whole thing. At least that is what I was told.
