Default Brembo rotor vanes backwards

I'm putting new pads and rotors on my 2011 Sport due to severe pulsation after a long trip through the mountains last year. These rotors are directional (R vs. L), since their internal vanes are curved like a squirrel cage blower fan. These fans pull air into the center and fling it outwards, assisted by centrifugal force. Brakes are the same - in fact there are little ducts in the front wheelwells coming from the front lower grille that feed the center of the front brake rotors, which then grab the air and fling it out the outside rim of the rotor.

That is, if the fan blades are oriented the right way. They were backwards on my car, which has never had the rotors off except during the previous owner's service at a Lexus dealer. Hmmm, maybe that contributed to my pulsation, I thought to myself.

So I opened the R & L rotors I ordered, and noticed that these too were backwards! I wonder if this is an oversight by Lexus?

Here is the correct orientation: https://images.carid.com/brembo/info...ion-manual.pdf

I'm going to install them the Brembo-recommended way.

I also bought 2010 Sport about 2 months ago with 61K miles. My brakes are starting to squeak just a little bit. No pulsation on hard braking. How can you tell if they are brembo brakes since they don't have any designation on them. I have to assume mine are just regular? Can you post pictures of yours since before and after changing?

Besides a bad squeal. My front Brembo's always produced 4+ times the amount of brake dust. Compared to the non brembo rears. No way to keep the wheels clean unless you did it every day or two.
Best thing I ever did was get rid of them.
