Exclamation 07 LS460 brake problem plus other issues

I recently purchased an 07 LS460 184Kmi, car has minimum to no braking and dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree but no CEL. Theres a constant tone/beep sound and center screen says see dealer. I check all brake pads and they almost new. I have Techstream and the codes I get are C1201,C1252,C1256,and C1345. I can get C1252 and C1256 to go away but the other 2 remain after clearing the codes. when I try to do a linear relearn it says the brake lights are suppose to flash but they don't and relearn fails. Can someone point me in the right direction to get these brakes working, really not trying to take it to a dealer when I'm sure I can fix myself with help from the great members of Clublexus Also the other issue I'm having is navi screen and buttons on each side not working. when car starts screen says (A PROGRAM CANNOT BE READ. PLEASE CONSULT TO A DEALER) Which is probably the screen of death but could these issues be related? my HVAC and radio work so I can deal with screen later just need these brakes, any help on either issue is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance

Braking issues might come down to Brake Actuator failure. I'm no expert in the LS, as I recently purchased mine, but brake actuator failure is common and and does lead to braking failure.

I had inoperable navigatIon, and the same error message on my 2007 and it was a bad hard drive. Dealer only fix, as far as I could find out. Around $1300 to get it done. IIRC, the HDD was around $900 of that total cost.
I agree with abasing; sounds like a brake actuator problem.
Good luck

1201 is a communication problem with the ECM or the skid control computer. Make sure all the plugs are seated correctly. 1345 is Linear Solenoid Valve calibration and you wont be able to initialize it unless you clear the codes first. This is the go to thread for these issues if you have not seen it already.

Thanks guys for all your inputs @aabassi I was thinking the same thing but want to exhaust all my options before going that route, going to try and bleed the lines this weekend and see what I get. Does anyone know of a way to test the pump actuator to see if its working or not? @sha4000 when you say plugs are seated correctly, where and what exactly are you talking about? like I said earlier I want to try everything before buying a pump or taking to the dealer. I did read that thread and realize I must get the C1201 cleared before trying anything else. like I said earlier will try a couple of more things this weekend and will report back my results. Also @Outofspec I kind of figured that with the few forums that I have read, I already purchased a used unit online (ebay) for $75lucky me as I know they go for $300 and up. looks easy to install, ill tackle that project once I'm up and running

I'm talking about the skid control computer that is right next to the brake fluid reservoir to the left. The plugs are underneath so you have to remove the 2 bolts and 1 nut to lift it up and access them.

@sha4000 thanks I will check that in the morning and let you know my findings, will it hurt anything if I unplug and plug it back in?

No, wait 10 minutes after you turn the car off and then disconnect the negative battery cable so you don't get a check engine light when you reconnect everything and start the car.
