Well, they’re all basically junk, but not much worse than the originals. I’ve used Mevotech, Beck Arnley and a no name eBay set...they all lasted the same...around 50,000 miles. The geometry of the suspension beat the crap out of these things...try to buy an aftermarket with a lifetime warranty (sometimes your local parts stores will offer that to entice you from buying online). Done that before, works out well if you’re planning on keeping the car longterm.

I bought my LS used from auction and i've yet to find that 'lexus ride'. I replaced all 4 air struts and most recently all front control arms but the lower forward (it looked okay). The control arm set I purchased was a cheap $300 set from Partsgeek. I was wondering if my issue with the rough ride is the cheap control arms, but per your post, it appears even cheap ebay sets last as long as Mevotech, Beck Arnley, etc. I wonder if the more expensive control arms will make the car finally ride smoother.

I have about 30k on the front uppers which are Febest and so far so good. When I changed the uppers 2 years ago at 100k it definitely tightened up the ride. I just changed the lowers about 6 months ago because they were torn. I bought them from A1auto on Ebay since they have a lifetime guarantee. The ride is smooth and I would do it all over again.

Did you upgrade your brake caliber? My LS600hL doesn't have that giant caliber. Just the normal 4 pots with 14.1 inches rotors.

No, they are original. Maybe European/Russia got bigger Calipter. Maybe you have a 600hl from before 2013?

I've only changed mine a week ago but I will say this...Car feels so darn good!! For $450 for all the arms if they blow out again in 40-50k miles I'll be happy to replace them again. Thats $450 every 3-5 years for me. Thats a monthly car payment for a chevy Malibu
