Default Small water leak in cabin/possible blower motor?

Hello everyone, I recently purchased my 2010 LS460L and over the past week, there were only two issues I could find. The first issue is a small water leak at the C pillar on the drivers side. Nothing major, the suede part of the C pillar was slightly damp. This was after driving home the day I bought it, and sitting out over night in heavy rain. The other issue is what I think is a noisy blower motor. It makes a small hum when ever I turn the fan on, and goes away when off. If anyone has experienced anything like those two issues, let me know.

Default Here are two pictures. You can see where it has leaked previously.

That water leak is most likely from the rear sunroof drain on that side. The hose is probably loose.

Is this something that can be fixed easy? I had a 00 LS400 with a sunroof leak drain, and all I had to do was clean out the drain.

The front drains are easier to get to than the rear drains. You would need to remove that piece which would probably entail removing the side airbag pillar and seat belt pillar but that should not be that hard to do.
