Default How to watch DVD in full screen?

The title says it.
How do I watch DVD in full screen? I have 16 LS with ML system.

Since car is not driven much these days, once in a while I come and turn on the engine to prevent the battery from fully discharged. Today, I brought my kids and one of their DVDs to watch in the car but I couldn't make it work on full screen.

BTW, my car is on "storage" insurance so I can't drive it.

You can not watch it full screen. Lexus program it like that.

For DVD only? I can see navigation in full screen.

A bit off topic, but you don’t need to run the car if you need to keep the battery charged (unless you want to idling for hours which is not good for the car). Just get a battery maintainer and it will keep the battery fully charged.

Sole purpose to run the car was to recharge the battery. Didn't know idling would hurt the engine. I will look in to battery maintainer.
My car has a high capacity battery (replaced about a year ago) and now I am questioning myself if I should even do anything to prevent battery from discharging.

Depending on how necessary the full screen DVD option is for you, there are aftermarket systems you can install so full screen will work I believe.

I think it is because the split is a physical video input.
