Default P0172 & P0175. Running rich bank 1&2. Help?

Any ideas? The rpms drop randomly, and sometimes it stalls without warning when coming to a stop intermittently. Also, about 3x a week i will start it in the morning and it will immediately stall, then i restart it and its fine.

Today, while cruising down the highway, it threw 2 codes in the pix.

2008 LS460 Comfort package w/nav, non-air. 95k miles. Air filters are new last month.

Other than a random stall from idle and the startup issue its driving fine and averaging 30mpg hwy.

When did the stalling problem present itself?
Did it start acting up after you changed the air filters?

Also believe it or not I heard a loose or faulty fuel filler cap could cause this issue.

I was on a road trip and was in PHX. I thought the Air filters were clogged with desert dust and so i bought new ones at Lexus of Carlsbad CA when we got there.

So the error occurred shortly before changing the air filters?
