You should have a picture of an LS460. What year is your car?

Derrick...is your VIN number showing up in the app? (Click the down arrow beside "LS 460 AWD 4DOOR" ) and a new screen should pop up titled "My Garage" where you should see your VIN number under LS 460 AWD 4DOOR. Steve's car pic in his app screen shot matches his vehicle description and my pic does as well (my car is black) so I suspect the app uses the VIN number to select the pic. I think the app pulls the VIN number from your lexusdrivers acct...

Yeah there's some reason why the app is not pulling the info from your VIN.

Yes, it has the VIN and under Vehicle Specs it shows all the correct information.

I would try signing out of the app and signing back in, and un-registering the car and re-registering it.

Another thing...my Apple Watch app won't work (everything grayed out) unless the app is running on the phone. None of my other apps work this way...c'mon Lexus get with the program. Also, would be great to be able to lock the car with the key fob inside via the phone app or the watch app.

Yes. You can login to the Lexus Driver site and find out whether these app features are available for your car, and the annual cost. For example, the remote start feature is only available for MY2015 and newer cars.

I used to see the last trip taken on the app but now it is gone. Does anyone know how to get it back?

jimrd - you can disable the key fob when you want to lock the
heavy, expensive and non-waterproof piece inside your locked car.

Simply hold the fob lock button down and then press the fob unlock button twice.
You will see the small red guide light on the fob flash four (4) times. Slip the
mechanical key out of the fob and take it with you. Now you can hide the fob under
a floor mat or door pocket. When you return to the car you can either use the app
or if you are also not carrying your phone while biking, hiking, kayaking or mountain
climbing you use the mechanical key in the driver's door cylinder to unlock.
