So few months back i posted that my car is having a slight jerk on second gear usually in the mornings and goes away and now my reverse gear is taking few seconds to engage and gives a hard jerk happens sometimes not always any idea what should i do next can it be a bad solenoid? Or low transmission oil .

Start with a trans service. It's the easiest step and a shop couple give you an indication on if the fluid level was low or degraded. If it works, great! You've got yourself set for maintenance. If it doesn't work maybe the shop that did the work can give you an indication on what may be wrong.

No bro i am still driving with worse condition now . You will go through the same things those jerks will turn into slips soon i couldn't do it becaaue of pandemic financial issue . But the cost for a used transmission was 1800\ 2200 and for fixing they will ask for 450-500 (sharjah market) plus you have to buy the fluid and filter . They will give you a week warranty for the gearbox

Sounds like my GS when it was low on transmission fluid. Try checking the fluid level.
