I have a 2013 Lexus LS460L, and I'm starting to hear slight thumping noises coming from the rear passenger side of the vehicle. It sounds like a bottoming out noise. I suspect it is the rear Air suspension that everyone is talking about. I have a few questions if anyone can help me out, it would be appreciated. I see some threads about this but can't find any solutions or answers.

Most of the threads are talking about the 2007-2012 models, not sure if they will be the same or different.

-can I replace only one rear Air shocks, or do I have to replace both sides?

-does anyone know any options on going to coilovers, or if that route is even possible for the 2013 models

-if I can go to coilovers, what options will I loose? Is F sport mode still available? Etc

I saw some Chinese Air Shocks Shocks available, has anyone tried this option?

I would not automatically assume your air suspension requires replacement at all. Take it to a good independent mechanic who knows Lexus vehicles and have them diagnose it.

I have a pair of those rear air shocks, I bought them last year but didn’t install them; ended up going to coil overs instead. Anyway, if you decide to go for the eBay type shocks, maybe let me know if you’re interested.

Didn't want to start a new thread, so figured I post it here and see if I can get any answers.

Does anyone know if the 2010-2012 air suspension are the same or compatible with the 2013 LS460?

Yuck! Why tf would you ever install that Chinese junk in your Lexus? Isn't that kinda like pulling the pull tab off a can of coke and giving it to your beautiful girl as an engagement ring?
look at their warranty! Think! Two years! If everyone is complaining about the reliability of their Lexus air suspension, you can just imagine how many weeks days this cheap Chinese crap setup will last...
And at over 600 bucks?! The ripoff of the century.
I'd go ahead and get the Arnotts - light years ahead in quality. Or, support the home team and buy some used Lexus units for about the same price but guaranteed to last allot longer...
