The seat motors have to work to move it, so some noise is normal. Do all of the adjustment motors buzz or only a specific one? Does the passenger seat make this noise? How long have you had the car? Did you do anything recently with the seat (cleaning etc.) that might coincide with the onset of this noise?

No, cleaning. Brought the car last year from dealer. 1 owner car with 69k. No, passenger seat not making noise. Love my Lexus Ls460, but this noise is very irritating...

So, have the motors been buzzing ever since you bought the car? Any particular motor? Have you checked underneath the seat for any foreign objects stuck in the mechanism? Can you post a recording of the sound?

It almost sounds like maybe one of the seat switches is stuck in an "ON" or connected position.

Yea, kind of the thoughts with me. I would make sure the A/C seats are turned off, Move the seat in every direction(back and forth) and see if this stops it...

But OP said the buzzing noise is heard only while adjusting the seat, so I don't think something is stuck in the ON position

Ooops, I missed that. Well if it only happens when he adjusts the seat, how often can it happen?

Fortunately I'm the only one driving my car so the seat hasn't been adjusted in years!
