Preferred Wiper Blades

Preferred Wiper Blades
Hello All,
I've been trying to locate the best wiper for my LS. I've gone through two sets just trying to get rid of the "chattering" that occurs. I've tried Rain-X blades and some off brand from Amazon. I was wondering what you all are using and if you're running into the same "chattering" issue I am. Much appreciated!

I've tried several blades. Believe it or not I find the OEM Lexus blades to give the quietest operation. Worst I ever tried were the rainX or Michelin from Costco. Disaster. I also like that once you have the Lexus blades on they will just replace the insert refills super cheap.

Our family has 4 vehicles (2 Lexus and 2 Toyota) and I put Bosch ICON on them all...they are premium blades, but worth it from my experience, they work great and are very quiet.

The best blades are perfectly treating the windshield so you never have to use them at all, I use aquapel combined with factory glass and i have never felt a need to turn the wipers on. The ones I have attached to the car are OE

The best results I've achieved are from OEM wipers and a very clean windshield. I clean the wipers with WD-40 and also make sure to not have any residue or "protectants" on the windshield. I've tried Rain-X and it did help repel the water from the windshield, but the wipers still made the chattering sound.
Try OEM blades (or clean your current blades with WD-40), and a clean windshield. Works for me and it's the cheapest option!

My problem is getting the blades off. With the hood closed they don't pull up and away from the windsheild. I had the same problem with the hood open. Do I have to remove the whole wiper assy. to remove the blades?

Plot twist...
For those of you that have a preferred brand or model, do you also have a rain repelling treatment of any kind?
I always use the Rainex washer fluid. Light rain doesn't really bead up and roll off at lowers speeds and also doesn't provide a lot of lubrication for the blades. I do get some chatter because of this. I don't know what blades came on my car since they were new and on it when I bought my car in January. I'm curious if those of you that have quiet operation have it even in the scenario I have chatter.

Best blades are the OEM blades. I’ve tried them all.

I almost always use OEM... but our (now gone) leased Subaru - those blades sucked bad.
Glad to hear the Lexus ones rock. I'll stick with them when I need new ones.

I was about to ask how long OEM blades last for you guys, but it's heavily dependent on weather, and winter here is really harsh on the blades.
Originally, I thought I'd get the OEM blade refills, but I was told they're not available now/anymore. Since complete OEM blades were fairly pricey, and the winter conditions are rather harsh on wiper blades in general, I thought I'd rather get cheaper blades and, if need be, replace them more often. I've had Valeo Silencio Hybrid blades for about 10 months now, and they've performed just as I'd expect a wiper blade to. Part numbers are 574732 for driver side and 574724 for passenger side.
