Thanks for all the comments. I sent an email to the service manager with my concerns. Luckily I receieved an email with a guest customer service experience survey from Lexus, which I mentioned it in my email. The service manager called me back within a few minutes and said he was ordering the parts for me and will have another team with a master technician perform the repair. I hope it works out this time.

That sounds more like Lexus service. Please, keep us posted.

Yes, they will do the right thing when they are out leveraged.

It is true but there are shops that will not do anything. For instance, in my experience Toyota is harder to deal with if they screwed something up than Lexus.

A quick update. We started to drive up to Albuquerque and noticed that the leak had gotten worse. There was oily residue forming on the windshield from steam or burning coolant from the exhaust after driving 10 miles. The overflow was already under the low mark and coolant dripping underneath the car. I called Lexus and they are looking into having the car towed to Albuquerque.

They are sending a truck down on Monday with a loaner and taking my car back.

I picked my car up on Saturday and drove it home. I coolant didn't seem to drop on the way down and when I got home. Overnight it dropped maybe 1/8" or less in the reservoir tank. I washed the car and after I put it back in the garage, I could smell coolant. No coolants shows up in the valley with the borescope. It could just be what got on the exhaust and under panels. I will take them off this weekend and clean everything on the undercarriage. They gave me a box of old connectors that were all replaced, including all 8 injector connectors. There are a few broken harness clamps, but they should not be too hard to replace.

What's your latest update on the leak?

So far the coolant level has remained steady for 2 months now. No more coolant smell. I found the OEM tape used to secure the engine harness to the plastic protector and secured it back up. Ordered the MAF connectors and replaced them. Hopefully that was the end of any issues for a while. The engine doesn't seem to be as smooth as my previous 2000 LS400 even at over 200K miles. Maybe it needs new motor mounts. I am just enjoying driving around with no lights on the dash and coolant leaks.
