Default Removal of front right wheel hub (AWD)

I got my second bearing today from Emirates and I couldn't way until the weekend. So, I went ahead and replaced it today. As with the left side, it took me total 2 hours with repacking one of CV joints. After jacking the car and removing the wheel, it is necessary to remove the caliper.

The brake caliper is held by 2 19mm bolts, I used a breaker bar to loosen both.

I supported the caliper with a metal hook handing from the right upper rearward control arm. Then I removed the shield attached by 4 10mm bolts. And used a breaker bar to loosen upper control arms, the control arms are attached to the knuckle with 2 17 mm nuts. You also need to detach brake sensor wire from the shield, there is a mount holding to the back of the shield.

To remove the knuckle, you will need to remove the notch on the axle nut, remove the nut and hammer out the axle. I used a small chisel that fit perfect in the groove on the axle. I used a breaker bar and 19 mm socket to loosen 3 bolts attaching lower control arms plate to the knuckle.

Brake line 12mm bolt, the bracket and the ABS sensor both use 10 mm bolts.

Once, I removed all loosen nuts and bolts and pushed the axle, I was able to remove the knuckle. Before the hub can be removed, 4 bolts holding the hub to the knuckle should be removed.

Other side of the knuckle, with a removal tool disk.

Then, I attached the removal tool to the knuckle and through the hub.

It took 10 seconds to pull the hub out of the knuckle.

The removal tool comes with an adapter allowing installation of bearings and hubs. But I used 4 bolts to press the hub back in its place. The installation is reverse to disassembly. I use graphite and marine grease on bolts, nuts, and joints. I hope, this thread can be useful to other members.
