The radio is not detecting anything plugged into the port. Try a different audio cord. If still nothing might be a bad AUX port and those are cheap and easy to replace. The radio will not display the AUX unless it sees something plugged in to the port.

As stated above, you have to remove the shifter bezel and you'll see the back of the aux port. You can just push it out at that point. Thats the proper way of doing it. I took a small screwdriver from inside the glovebox and pulled it out. I figured it was already bad so it couldnt get worst.
