Default aux input

Today I tried hook up my iphone to my 07 LS 460 aux input. press the aux/disc only cycle to disc and hdd. aux not shown on the screen. Please help.

The radio is not detecting anything plugged into the port. Try a different audio cord. If still nothing might be a bad AUX port and those are cheap and easy to replace. The radio will not display the AUX unless it sees something plugged in to the port.

I replaced my port a few weeks back because of the same issue. Amazon has them for fairly cheap and its an easy swap. Possible less than 15 minutes.

You have to remove the shifter bezel first to get behind the port. If you look on youtube for ls460 radio removal that will get you started.

As stated above, you have to remove the shifter bezel and you'll see the back of the aux port. You can just push it out at that point. Thats the proper way of doing it. I took a small screwdriver from inside the glovebox and pulled it out. I figured it was already bad so it couldnt get worst.
