Default Vibration noise

So I noticed a noise coming from car at low speeds sounds like when u go over a center line an hit the grooves it only lasts a few seconds an is sparatic hard to duplicate . At first thought it was tires rubbing an the tread making the noise but can’t find rub marks .. the thought compressor making noise or brakes dragging I’m at a loss .. car still has rear airstruts fronts are coil overs can’t get suspension to go up with height high any suggestions

You may want to start looking at the wheel bearing (hub) post. That is how they sound when they are bad. Sort of like a set of mud tires on pavement.

Pretty sure I pinpointed it it’s the transmission not down shifting at lower speed pretty much like trying out a stick shift in 4th doin 30 mph

Just went through this. Rumble strip sounds. Booming like a subwoofer. Lexus said I needed a new transmission and torque converter. Just had the fluid changed at a transmission shop. So far the noise is gone and vibration. Took around 50 miles or so to go away. $200 fix.

Yes I narrowed it down to transmission staying in higher gear at 30-40 mph pretty much like a stick shift in 4th gear at low speed I did a drain an fill of 3 qts also fixed it so far I’m scheduled to do a drain an fill again at end of month can’t hurt
