anyone have a ballpark price on real Lexus replacement seat covers for a 4LS ? looking at 2010-2012's mostly, seen several nice cars, but often the drivers seat shows significant wear, and wondering what Lexus charges for front seat skins ? I know you can go aftermarket but in my experience, they are never as nice as OEM

 

I guess, it is going to be around $1.5k for single cover assembly. I am not sure if Lexus sells just covers.

 

There are shops that can respray them to like new condition, try to find one in your area.

 

My 94 LS400 had terrible seats when I bought it in 98. Found this guy who came to my home. He repaired the rip and cracks in the passenger seat and then sprayed the seats with the Lexus pms color match. The passenger seat and back seats were already good so he just sprayed them all and they looked incredible. I'm sure you can find someone local who can do the same thing.

 

I had to replace the bottom leather cover for the drivers seat (heat pad wasn't working) and it was around $680 just for the lower/bottom cover, back cover is separate and probably just as expensive.

 

If they sell it youre probably gonna spend 2-3k. If you want better than oem, id contact leatherseats.com and ask about their "ecstasy" line of leather. (Full disclosure: i used to work for them, havent for years, but i still have so much love for them!) Honestly, that leather is some of the most amazing feeling leather ive ever felt. Used on some multi million dollar yachts and airplanes.

But oem Will be a few thousand, plus install. As others have said, there is outfits that can re dye the leather as well!

 

Odd that company does not make new covers for a LS unless over 20 years old

 

they do, its custom order. I remember clearly working on an ls600h so i KNOW they do em.
