Air car, ZLZ eligible I believe and the usual 460 issues I'm sure. I'm very tempted due to combo of price, mileage, condition, options, and proximity. Does a tune exist for this car that will give around 410 crank hp?
Any 460 related info would be awesome since I'm sure there is many subtle things you guys know that I don't

hi looks like car was creamed in the back so talk yourself out of it and find another LS with 80k on it for 14 to 15 k
pretty easy decision stay away from it, look like interior has wear from neglected past as well

Just something interesting since of all the permutations of 460 this is the one I like best personally.

There is a car near me for sale with a clean title but for the same money. I would recommend to find something else.

Also, it seems to be a flood car. It can been seen from standing water damage in the right headlight. Flood cars are very risky due to corrosion to wiring and electronics. I am not even talking about fungus behind panels.

Yeah I figured it was a lost cause but was hopeful due to the spec, oh well. I have absolutely zero interest in a AWD 460 or any interior color/material combo other than what I linked unfortunately.
I really would only ever consider this exact configuration since I am not really that much of a fan of the 460 but this config actually does something for me. The interior is to my tastes and most importantly the mechanical package is favorable, I don't like the grill at all on the later F-sports and the updated interior is take it or leave it and doesn't have the visual flow I prefer. The LS500 looks fantastic but doesn't have a real engine so it's entirely off the table, this version of the 460 may allow me a direct upgrade path instead of what I had intended originally with a GSF. Not to mention cheaper lol

If you really like it, try getting it cheaper to justify the risk?

Im going to look at it, I don't expect anything since the sell knows NOTHING about 4th gens and is a blatant car fliper. I'm going to pick it apart and offer $7500 and move to 8500 max and see what happens unless I see something that is uncorrectable

Check the space under the spare tire for damage and pull the door rubber seals off.

Run a Carfax on it. Pay attention to the service history, no service history or scant service history in the last few years with a negligible rise in mileage can mean a rollback, especially from a flipper. Unscrupulous flippers will take advantage of no carfax history to roll back the mileage low enough to grab your attention. Florida has some distance between everything, low mileage for a florida car is suspect (at least to me) if there is no service history. Most indy shops do not report mileage when brought in for service. If it was water damage, I would stay the hell away- I've had mine apart to put in my system and seeing the wiring in the car would make me worry about any water getting anywhere in the car.

Seller is not working with me as it sits, I'll update
However something has opened up for me situationally and I may be getting something very interesting/a dream car instead of anything like an LS.
