Rear vents are only blowing heat?

Do you have the 4 zone climate control (rear HVAC controls)?
If not, I don't think there is a separate blend door. Note the rear vents do not have their own blower, and air doesn't really blast out if them in general.

Yeah if you have 4 zone climate you have a separate blower motor, if you just have the 2 zone climate you don't.

I don't think I have 4 zone. It is only 2 zone. Whatever I have it set to in the front is what is happening in the rear. It is blowing hot not warm and I can feel the center console getting hot.

Even if you had 4 zone climate control the center console vents are owed by the front AC unit. Check to see if you have AC code 1457/1458. Those are the actuators that control the blend door for the center console. Even if it's not throwing a code it could be sticking. I had this problem after changing my heater core. Press and hold the big Auto button and the recirculate button at the same time while starting the car. Don't let go until the AC lights start to blink. The display will show 00 if there are no codes and 2 digit numbers if there are codes. Ignore codes 21,24 and 28 since those are solar sensor codes and will be output of it is dark outside or in your garage when you run the test. Google out post the codes back here if you get any.
