Default Foggy windows no matter what Do

So guys I suspect the ac needs recharging bcoz if outside is -1 deg C what is that in F? 20+? The lowest oan set it inside is 65f I put auto and ax on but no dice, I always have to choose the middle button on the climate control for windows and feet is it ? So auto is useless for this ? I had to busy myself coz it kept fogging and I had to try and fix it

Dumb question: have you cleaned them recently? Through the years I've noticed that dirty windows fog up easily (even windows that don't really appear dirty). They pick up a film slowly over time, even quicker if you are using any sort of Armor All products - these offgas pretty bad.

If your windows are fogging, and you're not doing this already, run the HVAC on Fresh mode (not Recirc) while running the A/C.

Yeah, I would start there too. Make sure it's really able to bring fresh air. I seem to recall a piece behind the glove box can get stuck?

Yeah, that's a good point. Although, I think I remember that it makes a ticking sound if it is broke. Ticking when it is failing to change from Recirc to Fresh. But that's just from my memory, I could be totally off about that.

So I am happy to report that this has been working for me: I start with the windows defog if I need to from the physical buttons, I then move to the climate control screen the option in the middle is windshield and direct air to the feet area.. after I start off with the highest temp and outside air.. when the windows are no longer giving me issues I just choose to direct the air to feet and i lower it to 70+F and outside air. so this has essentially solved my foggy issue. I guess I wasnt letting outside air in for long enough and also I should have started at the hottest temp and lower it from there... problem solved thanks guys.
