I bought these (FA5786) the last time and they fit and perform like oem. I forgot about these. I just ordered 2 more. I guess I can't say only oem for me anymore. I'm ok with these.

wow what a deal!! So I guess it’s ok to use off brand air filters ??

I still get 28 MPG on the highway. So, no, I can't tell any difference.

Haha don’t be cheap, you own a LS460. I went ahead and spent $120 on k & n because they were so good for my other vehicles. Also I found a waaaaay better air filter by Fram. Supposedly it last 40k miles or 4 years and seems high quality for the price.

Actually If the 2008 and 2014 Lexus have the same air box then for sure it fits

being cheap is how I was able to save money to afford the Ls 460 in the first place

I am prob one of the most frugal people you’ll ever meet, hence why I try to DIY on the car maintenance.

anyway, if someone else has used the $8.5 engine filters and haven’t noticed a diff, I’m all for it
