The DRL are part of the high beam light not low beam. I have my DRL disabled via Carista anyway, but if you go with the Sealight hi beam LEDs I used you will lose DRL functionality.
Shoot. Just read this. So if I change my hi beams with the sea light led you linked (amazon), I won’t have daytime running lights? I’d rather have daytime running lights than have high beams. Would you be able to confirm that this is the case? That I would for sure lose daytime running lights by changing the high beams. Thanks
Yes, you will lose DRL functionality with the ones I linked. There are LEDs that work as both hi beam and DRL with a separate module. Check the thread started by jdanielica as one example. Take your time and research before you buy. Everything I did is 6000K color temp including HID low beams. As stated in the other thread stock HID is 4300K so if you update everything else to 6000K and leave stock HID colors wont match.

ah darn it. Any idea how to get daylight running to be LED?
Here is a pic with the bumper off. The nike lights in this pic are different than where I ended up. I didnt like these and swapped them out with the brighter LEDs in my link above in previous post.
How much pressure did you have to use to pop out the part of the bumper around the side of the front grille. I felt like I was going to break that part when I was pulling on it.
That area did require more pressure than the other areas and was the last area to be removed, then I pulled it straight out after all the screws were out and everything else had been unclipped. I hope that helps.
from Xenondepot.com (and they don't sell them anymore) -- and they did not improve the lighting. In fact, I feel that they're providing LESS brightness. Ugh.
Those are expensive, are there any cheaper options? Can you recommend a better nike light led. I don't like the one I picked, but it still looks better than the yellow factory ones. The new one don't really fill in the whole nike pattern. They don't look like this in person This is more accurate but they are brighter and pure white, no hint of blue Nike light led next to oem
These look way better than the halogen but no high beam output.
