2013-2017 ls460 excessive wind noise
Hello All
I am watching reviews on youtube and some people are complaining of excessive wind noise on the freeway, even on the 2017 model.
Some people say there is none.
Is there excessive wind noise coming from the driver side? Is there a fix?
Thank you all for your insight
Appreciate it!

Both my LS460s were very tight with very little wind noise, especially my 2017 LWB with the laminated rear glass. Just as quiet as my new Mercedes S560.
If one little thing is off though, one slight misalignment of trim you can have wind noise. My new S Class had some wind noise over 70MPH and the dealer had to realign the door and that took care of it. But if you have a car with an issue like that it could be anything like that.
But no, the car itself doesn't have any such wind noise inherent to its design. Its truly just as quiet as any car south of a Bentley or Rolls Royce.

I did notice some slight wind noise on the driver side of my 2015 LS at higher speeds. i just purchsed It and it seems to be right at the height of the window door frame pilar . A good way to test is to lean your head forward then back while driving and i noticed a marked decrease in the sound with my head forward . The issue seems to be right at the door frame at the height of the window Not sure wht the problem is as i dont see any obvious issues with the rubber seals.
