I’ve read some threads in the 3rd gen which I know nothing about.

I can tell you this thus far. Front drivers door , widow switch trim. That’s wood veneer, I know because I messed up mine lol. I removed the trim around the shifter, I don’t know about that for sure. The trim around the ashtray, that’s bit wood veneer for sure, you can see the transition between the so called wood print and the plastic theres 0 depth.

I have a 4 seater, I have taken out parts of the rear centre console and I’m polishing the trim, I am see from the edge hat the trim piece on the very top is veneer.

so for the moment, for me at least the shifter area and ash tray surround is questionable.
