What MY? Does it have air suspension? Has the brake actuator been replaced? Is it AWD? The air shocks,, control arms and the brake actuator are the most expensive repairs on the LS. If some of them are not relevant to your vehicle, it shouldn't be that expensive to maintain.
The $5200 premium is way too much for the miles and years covered. It's not worth the peace of mind in your case. I would save the money to be available for repairs in case things break.

Agree with comotiger that the cost for the coverage is WAY high. For comparison, a third-party (non-Lexus) comprehensive exclusionary warranty was purchased for my 600 at similar mileage for 6 years/48,000 miles for $2887 and it even covers the hybrid system.

For a '13 LS460 F sport with 62k miles. New brakes and new tires another dealer quoted $2,940 plus tax for a 48 month 48,000 VSA Platinum Warranty through Lexus, $O deductable, which is NOT an exclusionary warranty, so TriC I'd like to know which company you went with. If anyone is selling the stated warranty for materially less, please PM me. Thanks.

The CNA warranty was purchased by the previous owner and transferred to me when I bought the car. It does have a $200 deductible.

A Lexus warranty from a Lexus dealer (post- any manufacturers warranty) on an 07 would be around 5 grand, for sure (if you could get them to sell you one).

No, my 2007 is long gone, my 2016 is at a Lexus Certified Center for repair, this is for a 2015 with 9900 miles I've just bought and it is being delivered. It is an exclusionary warranty by Lexus with $100 deductible.
