I agree...I mean she ran into the back of you, how can you be at fault?

Also with rear quarter panels. They are not replaceable parts so the repair is to cut it off and weld it back on with another. The panel is a single piece that is moulded together with the roof and the front quarter panels.
so even if they say it’s cosmetic. Your body work will never be original again. Doors and bumpers are pretty much the only parts that be be replaced with OEM.
And I wouldn’t under estimate the structural integrity loss for the next accidents as the structural parts are manufactured, glued, joint pressed in very controlled environments.

Yes, absolutely right, the guys at the Lexus Certified Centre mentioned that to me during an update that I had the other day, the car will be ready in probably less that two weeks and it will go for sale at a discounted price soon. I've already bought another one with 9900 miles which will be delivered to me tonight. My A8 4.0T with less than 20,000 miles will also be for sale soon, then I have to decide to the next move, I've always drove German cars all my life but, man, these LS460's are like an addiction...who knows, I may end up having two of them, in fact probably the best thing to do is to drive the repaired one for quite some time since it only has 11500 miles and the value of it is probably not much....
