Default Headlight aim? Help please!

Dear everyone. I just purchased an 08 ls460 from an older couple. Loving it so far. I notice the headlight is aimed very low especially on the driver side...I can barely see far enough ahead. I looked in the manual for instructions to do the aiming and found the only 1 page that shows how but...I cannot for the love of god find the bolts/screws that the image referenced. Doing youtube video search doesn't return any good result either...would a forum member kindly help?!
Thanks so much!!!

First I would check if your headlights move left / right and up / down when you start your car. If there is no afs message on your dash and everything is functioning I would adjust the headlight height sensor in the left front wheel well. Set it to a height that brings the headlights to a better angle without blinding anyone.

If one of the headlights does not move up or down you will likely need the bumper removed to remove the headlight. There are components inside the headlight that can be resecured or replaced.
