Default ML Lost volume but Amp/fuses/connections are ok?

Started hearing cracking sounds from speakers then no volume. Inspected at all fuses (30,10,5 amp) listed as "audio" from driver side to PS to trunk fuses boxes, all are good and the two black/white wires going into AMP are powered (ref: https://knigaproavto.ru/shemy/en/lexus/ls/printage,1,740-2007-2012-lexus-ls-460-fuse-box-diagram.html).

Found significant amount of water in AMP compartment (drainage channel clogged?) and after checking the sound setting screen and noticing that i speaker/trebles were grayed out - sent AMP for repair but in vain as the AMP was tested and it is in working condition.

Short all of the speakers failing simultaneously, I was told it could be due to data needing to be re-initialized by unplugging display and/or CD/DVD player module from head unit? Really at lost here on how to proceed next to get the audio system back to work properly. Was thinking it could also be a cut wire but checked all visible harness and didn't noticed any issues with wiring/plugs. Is there anything else i can do to before giving up?

My volume button are still grayed out even though fuses and amp have been tested and power arrives to amp as expected. Has anyone been able to fix this "no volume" issue by re-initialized data by unplugging display and/or CD/DVD player module from head unit?

Flood water might have shorted head unit through the trunk connections. First, I would disconnect the battery for 30 mins and see if you get lucky and re-initialize the system

There are a lot of wires that plug into that amp. Do any electrical pins show signs of corrosion?

My 07's trunk recently was flooded too, and I'm also in the process of finding out what's wrong.
Took it to a specialist and he said that the amplifier is fine, but this part isn't:

Toyota SELECTOR 86112-30100

My research is showing me that this is a GPS / Multi-Display module, and I'm not sure if it's the reason why I lost audio. I don't want to buy this part to find out that it didn't solve my issue.

But in any case, check if this part of yours is water damaged as well.

Cheers

I checked battery power and tried to disconnect/recharge it several times but in vain. It did see that it was re-initializing but to no avail.

I know the power is coming in from upper left plug om AMP (the one with two black white wires) and test shows power is coming through. Regarding the rest of the cables, did use a fine piece of rolled sand paper sheet to clean connectors and hairdryer to dry plug front and back and didn't noticed any corrosion or wires being being damages. Thinking since all connectors are plugged in on AMP at the same level, I assumed that if power is coming in, what are the chances the other connectors got water or any other damages? I "think" the water level was underneath AMP and might have not damage connections....
