I went to the App store and downloaded the "Lexus App". It's a black background app with a silver Lexus symbol on it and says Lexus under it.

Ok I figured out how to toggle between cars. Drag the image to the right or left depending which car is up on the screen. The image is a car under the cover. There are 2 little dots in the middle (for me anyway) because I have 2 cars registered and the dot will high lite when the image changes. I also did this for my son's 05 SC 430 using his log on and password and when I did the 2021 Toyota Corolla that he leases for his daughter was already in there. If you want to change the default drag that car into the screen and slide the default toggle on and that will make that car the default car.

I was able to access and sign into the web-based app and it still works but albeit slow as others have indicated. The old iPad app redirects you to the “new” Lexus app and what a total POS it is.....

While my original credentials worked, you do have to start over from scratch and add vehicles instead of referring to the previous database (how idiotic is that?). They also make you verify your account and attempt to sell you services before even getting started. The app on the iPad is inferior to old iPad app as this new one does not support viewing in landscape.

I did send them “general feedback” this new app is horrible and does not contain any improvements over the web-based pages they appear to be phasing out. Kind of like how they ruined the LS platform with the LS500..... moving backwards instead of improving..... Morons.

App says currently supports 2010 or newer vehicle but I can't add our 2017 ES. I was able to add my 08 LS and 05 RX. Also, seems like the service information was incomplete or edited.

What service info are you missing? I just went in and checked for both cars and service history is there back to day 1 on both.

My last dealer visit the ML radio was replaced under warranty. With new app it just states "radio tuner assembly". No indication of problem or service performed.

At 66881 mi the lower control arms were replaced (all 8 of them) but app just states "front suspension knock noise during quick brake front suspension knock noise" . Again no mention of service performed.

My experience with the new app has been different than others. I just downloaded it this morning and logged on with existing credentials. No advertisements and my LS was already in my garage. Full service history is there as well. So far so good.

Details are missing in my service history also. Not a good first impression for some ppl.

I just logged into it myself, right now. My car was there, service history was there and even my recall (that I still need to get done) is there. So, I see no issues at least for me.

Just wanted to update on my situation as well:

as of two days ago, I still could not add any work history to the site. However, as of today, I was able to add the work history without any problems.

As a matter of fact, I received another call from Lexus Customer Care asking if the issue was resolved. The follow up with this issue has been very good.

I just added my LS and they want a yearly fee.

Well I got that straightened out and all service records look good.

Now, is there a way to transfer the app to Windows 10?

I'm not aware of any fee and I doubt that there's a PC option since they are supposedly phasing it out on the Lexus drivers website.
