Default P1360

Hey guys, a couple months ago my 2010 LS460 kicked a P0012 code. I cleared it and its been fine for 2 months. Today I kicked a P1360 code. I believe its the cam motor assembly thats bad or going bad. The P0012 & now P1360 seem to be related to the same problem area. Any help would
be great!
I also went ahead and ordered the cam motor assembly from Lexus which sucks as it was a $900 part. But before I install it if its not needed I figured I would ask the world of Lexus!

Many electric components in LS460 can be actively tested using Techstream. Have you tried that?

Well I replaced this part tonight & did verify the original part had indeed failed. The little “T” thing on the end of the shaft the goes into the cam had zero tension or resistance compared to the new part. I checked to make sure the timing gear “you can spin by fingers snugly” inside once this part is removed was turned all the way counter clockwise before installing the new part. Cleared the codes, started it up, light stayed off, & road tested. All is back to normal again!
