Probably not as there is sufficient difference in exterior between 2008 and 2013.

No sir, the 2013 rockers sweep up at the front fender whereas the 2007-12s are flat at the front. If you're a clueless idiot like me and bought 2013 fenders and tried putting on 2007 skirts, you will have a gap that you will need to cover. (Cheap chinese stick on chrome ftw).
Just take a close look at photos of the two and you'll see what I mean.

I recently purchased an Aimgain kit with fenders. it didnt come with side skirts so I was trying to see what my options were. I appreciate the help
