I have a 2007 LS460-non ML stock audio system. My Nav hard drive was failing (would work occasionally on a hot day for short periods. Found a used hard drive and switched them out. Turns out replacement hard drive was bad as well.. oh what fun it has all been destroying my trim pieces for nothing.

After putting it all back together the radio portion of the system will not turn on. There is power to it. I can load a CD. Lights orange then to green. Will not turn on to play a cd or anything else. I can also eject the disc. No other response from any other button on the radio. Screen just says Audio Off with the picture of the speaker showing.

Is it the new (bad) hard drive? Has something gone bad suddenly in the radio unit? Is there some reset I don't know about?
