LS460 with NASCAR suspension
I was filling the gas tank today and I noticed that my right side is lower than left one. I know it is not the air struts because they are brand new and the ride height is the same even if the car is not driven for days. It brings to the height sensors. Has anybody adjusted the sensors? Does it require any Techstream involvement and if yes what does it involve? Thanks!
Update 1: I found instructions on workshop-manuals, I am going to try using it this weekend.

Good point but the issue persists even when the right side is supposed to be higher than the left due to incline but it is not.

Before messing with the sensors I would make sure the ride height of ALL 4 corners is within spec. That means measuring from the middle of All wheels to the ground and then measuring from the rear lower control arm to the ground for the front wheels and the toe suspension bolt to the ground for the rest wheels. After that you subtract the measurements from the arms from the measurements of the wheel center.

How much of a difference in the tire/fender gap between the front-left and front-right were you getting? I know these measurements will not be a dead-on accurate way of determining what adjustments (if any) will be needed, but for me was a good place to start.

My thoughts and experience with my 2007 Lwb (not verified via techstream) are that the car is set up to be slightly lower on the passenger side to compensate for the driver's weight, as that is more or less a constant when the vehicle is being driven. Finding a perfectly level surface can be difficult to find, however, I have found that the surface at gas station pumps to be pretty good, as I have changed my air ride settings (Data System controller ASC680L) while parked next to pumps with good results. You may try using the Height High button 2-3 times to sort of reset it while parked next to a pump.

Sorry, I had no time to try adjusting the level. It seems, I did not release tension in my brand control arms properly. I had to replaced some bushings and control arms. This time, I went with aftermarket.
