Hi, my ls600hl 2010 is having quite a big gap on the left hand side of the backdoor, I even suspect the water to come in the trunk by this one.

I've no idea on how to level this, is there any hidden screw I could adjust ?

There is a chance that your car was involved in an accident. And that is the reason for the gap. You will have to remove trunk panels to get access to the hinges. Hinge bolts should allow you to center the trunk and make the gap equal on both sides. It is if the trunk was repaired properly.
