Squeak / chirp coming from LS 460. I have a video of it

Any idea what could be causing this noise? It's pretty loud from the outside. Just got the car yesterday and it has 75,000 miles on it. Started making the chirp on the way home

I can't seem to make out the chirping sound, only the normal road noise.

I'm guessing it is coming from around the passenger side mirror. Take a look at the strip that runs from the base of your windshield all the way to the trunk. That strip is not painted, it has a wrap on it. As the wrap begins to fail it peels and can make a chirping sound when at highway speed.
