My drivers seat is starting to crack and it just looks terrible. Does anyone have any suggestions on getting this fixed and the estimate costs associated with it? I have tan leather.
There's really just two good options: buy a new cover from Lexus (if available) or have an upholstery shop replace some or all of the cover.
Suggestions on where to buy this? Also, one guy said the bottom part of the seat was about to die. LOL Not sure what that meant. I guess I need to take photos and upload them to the group.
I used this on my 2008 LS460 with ash interior and it came out EXCELLENT. It comes with a full kit and applicator to apply the leather dye.
My lower cushion side bolsters were worn looking with black cracked lines. There were other trim pieces throughout the car that needed a touch up for that I used a q tip to fill in the imperfections.

End results below. The color was a PERFECT match.
Wow that looks great! The problem is, I have rips in the top part of my seat. LOL Is there a way to put some kind of tape on it and have it look good. There has to be some kind of method.
