Default Difficulty levels Programming

So my TPSM is going out and I wanted to know if I did it myself how hard is it to program once I put new ones in?

Discount tire programmed mine for free. I couldn't get my version of techstream to do it. It took the guy a couple of minutes and I was on my way.
