My TPMS light came on today while we were on our way to Richmond, VA to see grand kids. No tire issue but batteries over 11 years old now so I am pretty sure that is the issue. If I take it to Costco in Richmond can they replace and program all 5 of the TPMS's that I would buy from them? Someone has said on the forum that Costco has the correct TPMS's for my 2010 LS 460L

Had mine (5) replaced on my '11 LS by Costco but I waited (actually over a year) until I needed tires which I also got from them. Total was $250. Dealer wanted around $800. It's obviously cheaper to have these replaced when new tires are also installed. The sensors Costco installs are aftermarket and are also the ones used by independent shops. Keep your old OEM sensors as there's a market for them.
AND THANKS FOR SERVING, SGT.

Thanks Guys.
I don't need new tires as they are only a year old. Maybe 8,000 miles on them. I guess I should have replaced the sensors last year when I put the new P7's on.

If you are willing to DIY, you could just replace the bad TPMS sensor and you you don't need to replace all TPMS sensors all at once. See here:

Do you need techstream to reprogram the new TPMS's once installed? Or can you do it with Carista App?
