guys I assume this is not factory? If it is what is it for ? Also to the left of my hand there’s a square foam covered connectors that I know is factory, they always come covered like that… what’s that ?

Square foam connector is for DMO ecu, disregard (or...). Other one - can't identify atm.

Driver MOnitor. Option is called DMO as per toyota abbr convention.
The other one is 'waterproof' type, those are found outside, not inside the vehicle. Perhaps some botch job?
