Overhead Illumination

Overhead Illumination
I have a question for all you 2013 - onward LS460 owners. I have a 2013 Lexus LS460 F-Sport which has spent several months away out of state and in the shop after an accident. After getting it back, I noticed that the overhead illumination for the sunroof controls do not illuminate but they do function. The buttons for the overhead dome and map lights will illuminate when the doors are open but won't stay on otherwise. The green light will illuminate when you set the lights to come on when the door is open but otherwise everything is dark. The SOS red light turns on when the car engine is started but will then fade to black.
Is this normal in your vehicles? It's been so long that I don't remember if they are supposed to illuminate or not and I suspect the shop may have caused an issue.
Any information would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure, but maybe OBD2 reading will help. Otherwise, there are multiple fuse blocks in a 2013. The owners manual will help ID which fuses to check. What ever repairs were done, check those related fuse blocks as a wire may be disconnected.
