Default Lexus ls460 front spindle

Hi everyone, I recently decided to change the control arms in my car. In the process we noticed that tha ball joint in the front spindles were also warned out. I bought new joints from ebay, but no one wants to remove the ball joint because the spindle is aluminum or some softer metal.

Anyone had this issue before?

Here Is a pic for reference.

Yes, it is a common issue. You will need a press to remove the ball joint.

It can be done with a press. Members here have found shops to remove the old ones and press in new or have done it themselves (myself included).

Can someone suggest a brand for those ball joints in the knuckle as they are not sold seperately by lexus? Thank you

Rockauto doesn't have any lower ball joint for the rwd, just awd. Amz does have some

When you post onto someone else's thread, it can be unclear to members who is requesting help even though you mentioned the year. Also, it's good to mention awd or rwd for future postings. Hope someone can help you.

seems its easier just replace the knuckle with ball joint all together.
Question is, if its easy to separate the knuckle with the wheel bearing & Hub? if they are seized then the bearing needs replacement as well.
