Depending on the manufacture date (If it's less than 10 years ago) it may still be covered for free replacement.

I get a grin ever times drive my 08 swb non air 08 460. The motor wants to “go.”

low 20’s mpg combo street and freeways.

Interstates on long drive it eats up the miles. High 20’s at 85mph.

but its old with a mahogany wood interior. 14 years old and the paint is still shiny. Will drive it till it or I am dead. Put 19’s on it, big help

I thought it ended last year regardless? Plus they will only replace if it is showing issues, it might take that car 6 years to do so at that low of miles since that's roughly when most others started to have it.

My 08 was absolutely the best of the 5 Lexus vehicles I drove. If I hadn't sold it, I'd probably still be driving a Lexus.

Just an alternate consideration.
This is wrong. The ES doesn't get much better gas mileage. I drive very conservatively and I get 28-29 on the highway. The LS is within a couple mpg. It's also not as big and because it's not as big, it's not as comfortable.
