I've replaced these in my IS250 but not my LS. Should be pretty much the same procedure, though.

No, none of these. It's just a replacement screen (display LCD) for your existing system.

Sounds like what you are asking for is an entire replacement head unit/system with carplay/androidplay. Search this forum for the last couple of months - there are a couple of systems that might do what you want.
